So it looks like they lowered the daily limit for me. I had two $2035 orders and the 2nd one didn't go through. I thought it was $5k/day.

It's $5,000 a day, 2 x $2500.

Superorb, were you told that? My 2nd order having been taking long to approve for the last few weeks.

The order actually never submitted. I had a $2k order earlier today and then tried another $2k order and it popped up that I have exceeded the daily order limit. I did $4k for my wife on her account earlier, so there may be a per address limit.

Has anyone else noticed a $1.50 automatic charge for the "free' greeting card being added to recent orders?

The free cards are at the bottom now. The default is American greeting card. Click more designs and you'll see them on the bottom. Cuz the captchas and mandatory greeting cards aren't enough of a pita.

it's per address. I tried making account for wife and doing order after my 5k and got the max limit reached.

What's the trick to getting the eGifts approved?

All mine get cancelled, even if I just try to buy 1.

GC now charges an additional $1.50 for greeting card in addition to the $6.95? is there a way to avoid or skip that fee?
