Had an order show delivered, nothing in my locked mailbox. Had to call my regular carrier I know who called the other carrier. The guy delivered it to another townhouse complex a few blocks away. Hopefully he doesn't make that mistake again, but I'll be going to the box as soon as it shows delivered from now on.

any recent data points in mcgc? Visas are 5 to 7 days to deliver.in July Mc was like 2 weeks. Are they down to 5 to 7 days too?

Anyone having trouble getting TCB to pay up for CB for these orders? I mean orders that were marked payable and cashout requested but TCB just isn't sending the money.

There have been scattered datapoints regarding TCB dragging their feet paying out on larger scale VGC buyers

The same here as well - ACH payouts from 9/8 and 9/14 are not yet arrived, Amex GC from 9/14 is not yet arrived. Strange..

I made payout requests via amex fc on 9/14 and 15. I have a UPS package arriving today from BHN - last time I had one it was the gift cards. I'll update when delivered if this is it.

i received my last order from GC.com and couldn't activate it, it kept giving me errors so i called on Thursday and the agent said he doesn't know why its giving errors but he will put a ticket for a supervisor to look up this order and it should take two days, i had to leave on friday for vacation and won't be back until the 10th so i won't be able to check this until i am back home, what a pain!

Happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Waited a day and activated Like Normal.

Had a $1k order Sept 24th and still haven't received them. It's been 8 days and 5 business days. I don't know if they're open or processing orders on weekends.

visa or mastercard? my visas from 9/24 came on thursday. my mastercards beginning 9/27 have not even showed up in myusps.

I dropped one of my giftcard in walmart when i went there to do bill pay. Some one took the card. I noticed it when i went to pay the bills , but then i thought i might have missed one card at home. Came back to home - Nothing.

Called GC.com and gave the last 4 digits of the card from the order details and immediately blocked the card. But by the time 60 $ have been used in the same walmart by someone.

Now GC.com is sending me a new gift card for 440$. But when asked about the unauthorized 60$ ,they said they have no responsibility and cannot be disputed.

Now i see this form http://www.giftcards.com/lost-stolen-gift-card and asked them about it. They said u can send in , but there is no guarantee ill get the money back.

Any experience like this for any one and how to resolve it ? i am glad that iam getting most of the money , but still any idea on how to get the remaining money ?

Visas. They were regular USPS, not the Priority envelope. How were yours sent?
