This is all about MS not about actual use of these products, as long as MS works with these cards, this is all what matters.

Anyone else having trouble activating? When I tried to do mine, it errors out and says www.giftcards.com send an invalid response.

Yes, I had to use mobile app to activate.

I don't know whats going on with GC.com lately...ceased shipment notifications, extremely delayed shipping, cheap looking gift cards and now activation issues with their website. :mad:

received two shipping emails with tracking info from GC.Com today. Receiving orders seems faster to me since black hawk took over. Seems like everyone's experience is different.

Scrolling through the terms on an iPhone is my only complaint.

Website still giving error when trying to activate. Downloaded the app instead (finally) and worked just fine.

had some cards declined at a po this mornign. CSR said it was coming through like cash advance or something. I said it was regular mail stuff. I was able to liquidate at 3 other locations after, so hopefully just a glitch.
Meantime I can't view balances online - when i enter the card info it says the page does not exist. They are really fallign apart.

Is anyone else upset that these are now Metabank instead of Bancorp? I am having a hard time liquidating these cards since I don't want to make the dreadful trip to WM.

Yes, since with the Bancorp cards, I could call Citi to pay off over the phone.

Not have any issues with metabank cards. Where are you trying to liquidate the cards at other than WM

Website activation hasn't been working for 2 days for me. Phone app is hitting about 90%.

Calling in works every time, but is obviously a last resort.

Anyone knows who might be stocking GC's from Bancorp? My Simons are also
issued now by Metabank.

Just got a shipment email for the first time since the debacle in mid-july.

Shipping Notification for order #

Has a tracking button to track it too. Finally they are getting their act together again.
