Well I thought I was banned. Made about $7k in purchases back in May before orders started getting cancelled. Decided to try again last night for $1k and it processed today.

I am not sure what manager this person called but its so irresponsible to have newbies calling and talking to companies issuing these cards to ask questions if he can drain a gift card to buy MO!!!! This is the first post this person has posted here and he is definitely making a mistake somewhere but when the entire facts are not listed in a post like this one its hard to check what he is doing wrong, this lack of knowledge and willing to read and learn is one of the reason some of the avenues of MS have been shut down lately.

Missing one gift card from order
Placed an order on 8/4/16 received 3 usps envelopes from CG.COM. First envelope had 4 cards packing slipped showed 4 cards verified and intialed by CG.com employee. Checked online I should have received 5 gift cards.
In the two other usps envelope from GC.com I received 1 gift card in each package. I received an extra gift card. Has this happened to anyone else? |
