I don't remember exactly, but I did not enter my order number. Somehow got connected to a rep and then gave her my order number. The key is to not enter your order number in the automated prompts, I think.

As a data point, I received my order from the 12th today. 16 day delivery time!

What % are problem cards
 
Received my 2nd GC order today. One card would not activate by phone. When I got home , tried online activation. Message said don't recognize that number. I'll call again in the morning.
Just getting a Kroger Visa card fraud issue resolved , now this. I seem to have too many problems lately.

If you listen to the rest of the menu options, there will eventually be an option to speak to a customer service rep.

got my order of 7/21 today, got 7/20 order a few days ago, got everything prior to that. For some reason, all the delayed orders came in two priority envelops with the $450 card separate (others are $500). Have no idea why. Maybe there were errors in the order system causing mixups and confusion. Both envelops arrive at the same time, so it's not like they didn't place all cards, then realized it, and added the missing card. Who knows.

I doubt you will get any help over $600. In this case, you contact them everyday and annoy them. Then turn to social media and tell everybody not to use them. Suddenly they should become accommodating. I'm not at that stage yet. There has to be tons more people out there that are earning way more than I am.

Ime vgc are all coming activated. No need to call. Not sure about mc. Gonna try today and see what happens.

update, Mc needs to be activated. Couldn't use straight off like visas

So, I had something weird happen with the new non-embossed VGC from giftcards.com. I have to conduct one more test to confirm the non-embossed cards are somehow different from the previous embossed (raised printing).

Sunday: After seeing the "bluebird cancelling VGC loading at WM" post, I went out to conduct some tests. I couldn't load my chime card at WM with the new non-embossed VGC from giftcards.com. Other loadable VISA and MC still worked normally, MO worked normally. It was an odd rejection with the Chime card too - said approved on my end and then the tiniest receipt came out. Said 'debit not approved - call authorizer'..someone mentioned this was a POS reject. One of the WM i went to had the old terminals and one had the new terminals. On the new terminals, the cashier couldn't even swipe Chime on her side, while on the old terminal they still could. Also, the cashier said WM had been rolling out lots of updates for the registers over last couple of days. Chime load was rejected at both locations.

Monday: My wife still had a few of the embossed cards i had given her to load so I tried them. They loaded fine.

Tuesday (today): I'm going to try some of the new non-embossed today to complete the 'test'. If they don't load, then something has changed. If they do, then chalk it up to a random outage on Sunday.

What is the average wait time you are noticing for a GC.com order before it becomes payable in TCB? All my orders show payable in 2 weeks, the first order actually did become payable in 2 weeks. But the rest are not going payable even after 4-5 weeks.

Do I need to pay the support ticket game with them and answer things like "Why are you ordering so much?"..

I had over 1K become payable after about 6 weeks. I ordered payout as an amex gc. It has been 2 weeks and nothing came yet in the mail. I opened a support ticket on Sunday and tweeted at them today with no response yet.
