Anybody having tracking issues with TCB?

my orders from 11/2-5 didn't track until yesterday morning. orders from yesterday and today not showing up. Give it a good week and they will likely show up.

Anyone noticing that its taking longer to get GC.com to payable on TCB? Even my purchases as far back as October 4 still show as Pending. This used to pay out very quickly.

They pay out around the 15th of each month for all purchases made from the previous month. So any purchase from 10/1-10/31 would be paid ~11/15.

What happened to Giftcards.com website?
 

I ordered a VGC from Giftcards.com a few weeks ago to make the spend on the Hilton Amex add an authorized user promo. There was a requirement to spend $500 on the authorized card.

I got the confirmation that the sale went through. My credit card was charged and I even received the topcashback bonus in my Topcashback account for the purchase as well as the 5000 bonus Hilton Hhonors points. The only thing missing is the actual giftcard. I did not receive an email indicating that my order was ever shipped, only that it was charged. Now I try to get to the website - giftcards.com and nothing is coming up for several days. Did they go bankrupt? If they went bankrupt after my order was completed can I reverse the charges on my Amex card? Anyone else dealing with this issue?

Anyone noticing the orders have been severely out of order recently? Making it more of a hassle when tracking.

Since I don't receive emails for about 9 out of 10 orders they're very hard to track until they show up, or at least until I see a package coming from NV via USPS.

Anyone else have issues with tracking for Nov 25 - 27? Wondering if these are just super slow. 28 and on no issues...

I have the same issues. I bought 10k on Nov 24th when they had the extra CB, but only 2 of the 4 orders have tracked. I have other orders after Nov 27th that have tracked, but I didn't order anything between Nov 24-27th.

I had issues from. The 11th through 28th only 3 orders tracked. I have claims open for all of them. Everything after is tracking.
