Greeting card with the Giftcard
 
Seems like i am being forced by Giftcards.com to pay $1.50 for the greeting card. I have not been able to find any greeting card that is free. Anyone else having the same problem?

the free option is still there on the top left of the greeting card page options, you don't even need to go through the list of greeting cards.

Are you talking about the carrier or the greeting card? Top left that i see on the screen has the free carrier. Top left greeting card (3 puppies) is $1.50.

Anyone figure out a way to bulk activate? Just got a shipment of 10 in the mail today and it was a pain in the arse activating all 40 cards.

Do you use a reader? Makes it a little easier, but still one at a time.
