Order limit is 2.5K + 7.45 shipping. Daily limit is 5K total. I typically just do 4k + fees/shipping so I don't have to deal with non-500s. But, then again I've bought everyday for the past couple of months. Its too bad they won't just hit the daily limit on one purchase and would make for less envelopes.

I placed my order on Dec 24th 2016 at Simon on gc.com but never received the gift cards. I waited until Jan 20th to request a refund and did finally receive the refund on Feb 1st. I wonder if the lost of orders is prevailing recently?

If you are talking about Simon online then yes there are tons of problems there. I will never order from them again.

That's right, it was Simon online and their agent even threatened I would be banned by them if I file a dispute with my bank when I don't received the refund within 15 business days (as promised).:mad:

Where do you buy the five back GCs online then? Looks like the ones available at gc.com are all small denominations.

I'm done buying 5 Backs for now. Too much effort now. I've been unloading my last 20K at Staples online and trying to use the 25s at Lowes, but that's been a PITA. There is a Simon about 45 minutes from me, but its not worth my time anymore.

My experience was this with my Simon purchases was I put in 3 orders before thanksgiving. After not receiving the cards they finally escalated to their support to have them re-printed. I then received them within a week (which was early January). I put in one additional order on Christmas and just received those cards 2 days ago (after having to escalate to support again).

I'd just advise you to avoid Simon online if you have previously had a problem as it appears to be a recurring thing. Staples online and GCM direct I haven't had issues with. Not sure what the deal is with Simon processing.

Has anyone placed an order today? I placed two orders and got cancellation emails. Made two similar purchases earlier this eeek with no issues.

Do you mind sharing what you told them to get unbanned? Did they acknowledge you were even 'banned'?

I had a basic conversation with customer service asking why I was restricted from buying from the site. The rep put me in hold for about 10 mins and told me the issue was resolved. I didn't use the word Banned. The rep never acknowledged I was banned.

I knew I was banned due to have ordering cancelled without having a temp charge placed on my credit card for GiftCard mail. With GiftCards.com I can place an order have my credit card be charged the $1.00 temp charge only to have the order cancelled 15 mins after placing the order. Hope this helps

unless getting at least 1.5% cb, will buy VGCs at local SM; at only 1.25% cb, don't think it's worth the risk of lost mail & the wait for cb for the order @ GC.com

4 orders from gcs.com were never received. I opened cases with USPS but they were never found.

I just called gcs.com to open a case and I was told all of them have been drained

each order shows:
"Arrived at USPS Facility"

That's $10k in fraud.

sorry for the confusion. I got banned at gcm and spoke with customer service and got unbanned. Now I've been banned by GC.com and I'm trying to get unbanned by GC.com.
