FT#6: Stupid CVS, why won't they sell us their VR. We are making them so much revenue. They need us. The stock market is going to crash because of their decision. FT/MS is single-handedly keeping CVS in business and indirectly the US economy.

Best conclusion so far. Made my day.

I asked at my store if I needed to be worried about anything. They know me and why I buy them. The store manager walked up as he was ringing them up and didn't say anything.

No restrictions yet at one store in Irvine, CA. Three separate transactions there, each with CC.

I was waiting for an armchair attorney to post about bringing some type of class action suit against CVS.

VRs attract a criminal element

Just had a conference with the CEO of CVS. He assured me that this was an unfounded rumor, and gave me $500 CVS Cash to compensate me for the anxiety caused by this rumor.

Anyone in MA able to buy a VR yet?

I understand to a point. It's still one of the best MS methods going. I noticed that the bloggers really don't have good MS methods to blog about now. This method was always number one on their list.

Business as usual at my favorite bean store. Incidentally, the store manager rang up my purchase. She didn't mention, and I of course did not ask, anything about impending changes regarding beans . She did say "You know the drill, huh?". When I handed her my credit card and ID without prompting :D. This was north metro ATL.

Got $5k today in PA. No mention of any memos, but the cashier said the terminal told him I could not use check or debit to purchase VRs. I said, "But what about credit card?" and he said "I guess you can!" He was a nervous fellow and insisted on scrutinizing my license and swiping my cards himself (had to split payments), but I was just happy to get my $5k. Oh, and this is the 4th store I've hit in 2 days. The first 3 were wiped out.
