Does anybody know if there is a scheme in the US similar to the clubcard scheme of Tesco?
I know this is the MSUK thread, but I'm guessing a lot of our US friends might not know what the Clubcard scheme is, so wouldn't know if it's available if - you get me.
Thanks.

3V don't charge a margin for the card itself, so they are losing out quite significantly (guessing wildly, perhaps £2 per card?) when people buy and empty large numbers of them. They counter this by blocking transaction types and merchants which people use for this.
The gospendit (£3.95 fee) ones include (IMV) enough margin for the issuer to be able to bear these costs, so I don't think they restrict usage at all. I only experimented with them a little, but the only trouble I had was some merchants mis-identifying them as credit (rather than debit) cards and so charging a fee.
