At what scale do you do it? Do you log in from the same IP?

I transfer sometimes but I would suggest making purchases with the paypal debit mastercard. It comes with a pin and you can get cash back or buy money orders.

If you use it for signature purchases you get 1% back, so it pays for the fees to load plus you get the original points for the credit card you used to buy the paypal cash cards and paypal gets paid too.

This is a true debit card:

.

Why risk being blacklisted by Incomm? Since they issue all of the vanilla cards and lots of prepaid cards, you could be banned from all of those too.

Definitely true, although in my experience, Incomm doesn't have their act together enough to see across product lines. In fact, they shut down two of my MVDs, but not the third, even after I emailed them my SSN card and driver's license with all three accounts referenced. So within one product, I don't think they have their act together.

Maybe they're growing too fast or something, but they don't seem to have any internal controls over there.

very very poor idea to post this in a public forum.this could very well kill it.

I encourage you to delete your post ASAP.

I do find it interesting that you choose to read and learn here, but that you don't want others to learn as well.

Or that someone thinks an entity as large as Paypal is going to be swayed by the actions of a few miles junkies

You really don't want me to re-cap the good deals that have been on blogs but that are still running perfectly, do you?

Everyone needs to make their own determination as to whether they want to post or not. Telling someone to shut up just because YOU personally benefit from the deal is not the answer. If you don't want to blab it yourself, fine, but everyone can make their own determination on the risk. Paypal is a known risky outfit that has a hair trigger on alleged fraud, and has had that hair trigger for literally the last 12 years.

What are you getting refunded?

PP Biz Debit Card: 1% cashback is for non-PIN transactions. Not sure of the benefit here, apart from paying taxes.

It's better to do that than to withdraw the money directly to your bank account, which may cause PayPal to lock your account.
