IME, Walgreens doesn't let you use cc for cards that require loading funds. You can use a cc to buy gift cards but that's about it. (So. Cal stores)

Same with Brooklyn. They were probably the first stores to institute a cash only for VR's.

Back to the original topic, if you can buy a Moneypak with a CC, you may want to try this one time deal:

Any experience on Paypal prepaid Mastercard at https://www.paypal-prepaid.com/ ? It can be fed by Reloadit. try to diversify a little bit from VR.

Paypal is known for taking money out of accounts but to sell on ebay theres really no other way.

Paypal doesn't take money out of your account unless you have an external account setup as backup funding or you sell on Ebay and Ebay is billing you for the final value fees for selling an item on your behalf. That is the only way I know of and I've had Paypal way before they were paypal.

I see one of the evil blogs got a Paypal account shut down (thanks fellow blog haters for emailing me the update) With a few charts and graphs you too can be next to fill out some forms on your life to get your money unfrozen. Note I didn't mention anyone specifically only the blog not a person. I wonder How much money you could do in a couple months before they shut you down??

Just so I understand - if I use a MP or PPCC to move money into my PP account, then use their business debit card to buy money orders at Walmart and the USPS and never transfer a dime to my bank account, this would still likely get me shut down?

+1, I have the same question. You can PM me if you feel like not adding to the thread.
