I loaded 4k from 6/1-6/8, now it's well over 30 days. When I tried to load, paypal said I have reached my monthly limit this month and should come back on 8/1...Anyone have the same problem? Is there any way to get it the reset other than just waiting? I got about 2k of mycash i need to liquidate.

TIA

The monthly limit is based on rolling 30 days NOT calendar month (hence the wiki). This means that you won't get the full $4K available until 7/8. For example if you load $500 (which is the daily limit) on 6/1, that $500 load doesn't get reset until 7/1. Now lets say you repeat this process 8 times and you load your last $500 to max out on 6/8. That $500 won't reset until 7/8. So between now and 7/8, you'll see that your monthly limit will increase $500 each day. But since today is only 7/3, you should only able to load $1.5K ($500 x 3 days). Now if you are getting the "can't load until 8/1" thing now that is a different story which PP will figure it out since that is a bug.

Hopefully this makes sense.

I fully understand that. What I'm saying is the limit didn't reset at all. There is no $500 increase each day. It just stayed at 0.

I'm having the exact same problem with the monthly limit not increasing by $500 a day like it should. I guess it's just a system issue and hopefully they fix soon.

Yes. When I try to login to My Cash it says my identity can't be verified and to contact paypal. I called paypal and they say everything is fine on their end and with my account. Even talked to a supervisor. Then they transferred me to Incomm and all they could do was verify that mycash card was active with the correct funds. I believe it is a problem with the mycash website.

Same problem here. After calling paypal twice today, I eventually was told by a supervisor that it resets on the day of the month that you joined paypal. (So, for me, the 6th)

It's possible that this is the case now, but it definitely was not the case last month. Most likely this is incorrect, and they have no idea what's going on. I'm going to guess tech issues.

This happened to me a few weeks ago. Is this your business account? I ignored the set up for my business. I guess you're not considered fully "verified" until you answer all the questions and confirm. After I did that I went back to the mycash site and everything was back to normal.

I called again and Paypal has no clue what is wrong. My account is fully verified and they do not need any more information from me. I asked the lady I talked to to try and login to Mycash and she got an error as well. It seems the redirect from the Paypal login back to Mycash is causing the identity verification problem.

I noticed the same thing today on my wife's account. I should be able to load 1k by today and its showing 0. My account is resetting properly. Something is definitely wrong.

I'm having the exact same issue.

Something scewy is going on with this last month's cash back payments for the business debit Mastercard. I'm grandfathered at 1.5%, my account page still says 1.5%, but the $numbers in the cash back email I received today indicate that I only received 1.0%.

I wouldn't have even noticed it if the numbers weren't nice and round this month. So this could have been happening for several months; I admit I usually don't double check their numbers. [EDIT: I found a monthly history page on the site and May's numbers are fine. So today was the first time this ever happened.] Is this the end of 1.5%??

Did anyone else notice the same thing with today's payments?

I saw the same thing on my email, so I went through an manually added up the eligible spend and it comes out to 1.5% (the spend amount listed in the email was overstated).

Thanks. I haven't done the same yet, but wish I would have seen this post before I sent an email to PP saying they screwed up. Oops. Well they did screw up though, because now all the archived reports are wrong.

Yes appears to be some accounting glitch somewhere. I noticed it immediately in their monthly cashback reward email. For a minute I thought maybe they had changed their policy and dropped everyone to 1%. Then I went into PROFILE>PAYPAL DEBIT CARD....and see that I am still on the 1.5% plan.

So someone at paypal needs to get the boot.

But PP is really good at correcting these kinds of mistakes. Last year something similar happened and they credited everyone a year's worth of errors.

I'll wait til next week before firing up email to customer service.

NO this has only effected the JUNE payout. You can see this in cashback summary page.
