I've been loading MP's to my PP just fine on my home pc. Now i tried to load MP to my wife's PP on the same PC (same IP), and it gives me an error saying it can't verify my identity. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Is GD/MP blocking the load due to same IP? Should I try diff pc/diff IP with that same MP or use that MP for my account? Not sure if GD blocked that MP.

I actually did this when Square Cash first came out, maybe 6 months or a year ago. I did a test payment the first day it came out, but for some reason it took a while for it to go through. It finally did after about a week, and around that time Square began cracking down on the use of gift cards and prepaid cards as "debit" cards. I tried using my PP Business MC again, but this time it wouldn't take. Did something change again?
Any thoughts on this? Maybe she has a magical card?:-: |

Tried the PP Biz MC back in March and was declined as unsupported card by Square Cash. Just tried again after MilesProf's post, but same deal, as reported by others here and also in the Square thread.

I had success attaching and sending a payment with my paypal card on Saturday May 10th. Payment went through. Tried yesterday May 14th and my card had been removed from my saved cards and failed to attach when I re-entered the information.

Any other data points on this? I was thinking about getting this going today with two new cards to meet spend on... Looks like it may no longer be an option.
Once it gets spelled out and linked to that carefully, it's done. Think she helped her readership on that one? I guess she got her name out there, but I associate it with the MMS type of blogger now. Anyone who benefitted, benefitted for a very, very short window. Seems like a big negative to me. |
I finally decided to get a PP Biz MC because some posts mentioned it would receive cash back loading BB/serve. I just used it to load my serve card on kate but it appeared the transactions on Paypal are shown as "Debit Card Pin Purchase."
My understanding is that cash back is only for signature-based purchases? So would I receive the case back loading Serve at the Kiosk? Or I am missing something here? Thanks a lot for the help! Have been reading/learning from the forum for a while and just joined the game. |

I was able to link my PP debit MC to my BB account and am still getting 1% cash back. I tried to do the same for my mom's BB and PP debit MC account, but it won't let me load money from that card. I did everything the same for my mom's account as I am for my own, why won't it work?

I've tried to read through this thread but I can't get a great answer on this.
How safe is it to transfer my balance from my personal account to my premier account? I only use the personal account to load My Cash, but my premier account I use quite a bit for ebay, stubhub, craigslist and to load my cash (Probably average 6k payments including My Cash every month). My SS# is linked to both. I read through freequent flyer's posts and it looks like he got shut down once last summer but he said it may have been attributed to a fraud alert for being out of the country when he made the transfer. If I had a personal debit card I wouldn't care and I would use that to unload, but it doesn't seem like they offer those anymore. Thanks for any advice. |

Yes, I created a PP account for her and registered it for a debit MC Card.
