I am not sure. I run an online business and know that when I refund a customer his or her money, they get it as a credit statement.

If you are trying to exploit a loophole, just as a friendly warning, PayPal does not mess around. They close accounts very quickly. Be careful.

I have no idea what you are up to but I don't think its a good idea to be doing what I think you are trying to do especially with Paypal.

doesn't matter. it still goes to your CC. closed cc just means no charges but takes refunds.

paypal put my account in limited status and I have to give them all kinds of documentation that I don't have to get my money back. now i have $3500 tied up!

I got excited for a minute thinking that maybe the Paypal Prepaid Mastercard was on the list and the regular reload cards were still good - but that list shows both types of PayPal cards are cash only.

Well, Found out today that I've been shutdown by PP and "am banned from all netspend products" lol.

They have a very odd way of doing business considering my account has been "closed" since March 31 but I never received any notification whatsoever of that happening.

Oh well

Word of advice - go to your local store and try to buy with CC. I've had no issues although it's of little use at this point for me.

Currently easy 16K MS for me:D ...but I am living very dangerously right now. I am always afraid I will have my funds locked up for 6 months.

Why did you get shutdown? Did you load and unloaded to your checking account?
