Did you even search this thread? Cashing these out is simple:
1. Load them into your PayPal account. 2. Send the money as a gift to another PayPal account. 3. Withdraw money from the second PayPal account. Just make sure not to load and withdraw from the same PayPal account. You could alternatively use the PayPal debit card to get MOs if you are worried about being shut down. This may not be an issue if you stick with sending from just one PP to another, but I wanted to maximize the amount of PP MyCash I could use. |

FYI after I loaded $1k to two different PP accounts in my name then transferred 2x$1k to my wife's account on same day, one payment went through and the other went under review. It was released the next day, but after that I decided to stick to cashing out with MOs.

I never thought about having fund in one PP account transferred to another, and then withdraw. How safe is this approach from your experiences in terms of not getting attention from PP?

I had a question. I need to spend $3250 to get the Exec AAdvantage 100,000 mile bonus and close my account before I have to pay the annual fee.
Any way of doing this with Paypal? Or do you have to use it to pay bills. I didn't want to use Paypal as a long-term way of manufactured spending but only to get me over this hump. I see that people have issues with withdrawing directly to your bank account and getting banned. I have alternatively heard about transferring the money to another person but i have seen websites that warned against this because they said someone could count it as money laundering even though its not the harmful kind. Plus what about tax implications for the other person? I just wouldn't want to do anything illegal or potentially put myself in a compromising position but I would really like to not pay a $450 annual fee. |

My kids grandparents send the kids money through my PayPal perodically. I just transfer that money to my bank account. It is usually small ammounts $100-$500 and not that often. Birthdays and Xmas. It could work but I would tread lightly.
I would not suggest going HAM on PayPal, but this is just a data point. |

Go buy Paypal cash cards with the citi credit card, load them to your PP account and then buy MO or use it for everyday needs.
Just connect your Paypal account to your citi credit card. Then, when using Paypal for payments the funds are withdrawn from your citi card. |

Does anyone know if VR works with PayPal Business Debt?
I know PayPal MyCash cards can be added to you PayPal Account. Greendots work also. According to VR website they work with PayPal Prepaid but I'm unsure about Business Debt. |

I must say, for being a master thread, the wiki is very masterful...

It's not the case that withdrawal from account that has used MyCash = shutdown. It depends on the length of the card and how many transactions have gone through it. I have a seasoned Paypal account that dates from the pre-eBay days and I use it to do small amounts (a few cards a month), primarily when VR is not available. This is also the account I get my rebate payments and Stubhub payments on so it gets decent activity. I let a few transactions from Stubhub/eBay accumulate, throw in a card or two, and then withdraw it a few days after. The issue is you don't know where the limits are, so can't predict the death penalty.
