I went to CVS and was able to purchase a paypal mycash the other day. Casher did not bat an eye. Mind was blown.
So are most people just loading paypal mycash and making a couple purchases here and there and withdrawing the money. Or is everybody just transferring the money to a friend? Thanks! |
Walgreens now carrying mycash reloads and allowing cc purchase.

Next thing to expect are shut down reports here.

I opened an PP account in the Morning and they shut me down by the evening itself. |

I loaded Paypal Cash card and ACH to my Bank Account.
Stupid ppl, they cancelled the Already Processed ACH Transaction and then closed. But I got one more, from my wife's account. So If I want I can use that. |

Even if you really wanted to do what you had hoped, at least try to mask it by withdrawing a smaller amount...deposit $500 and then ACH like $200-300 a day or 2 later. Then wait a week later to withdraw the rest. #1 rule in doing anything MS is not to deposit and withdraw the same exact amount especially immediately. Are your funds locked up right now? |

Apparently we need a wiki in this thread too because what you did (Load and then ACH to a your bank account) is a huge NO NO. Let me guess you loaded $500 and then ACH $500. Not a smart move. You need to transfer those funds to another Paypal account and then ACH out.

Just now recalled why the hell did I transferred the amount ? I first took some thing called Paypal Prepaid Card from Bankcorp. And wanted to load money to this. For this, they said, I can load from my PayPal Account. All I did was a two step process, Brought My Cash and Tried to transfer to to this card AND it gave me some ERROR, and did not let me complete this. Got Tierd and wanted to get my money back, so Did a ACH Transfer, and they shot me down and got a Check for my Money. |
I'm considering getting the PayPal Business Debit Mastercard:
https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/debit-card It says you get 1% on eligible purchases. I read that Serve debit loads count towards it. My question is this: My PayPal account is a personal account (not Premier, not Business). Do I need to upgrade to business to get the 1%? Or can I just apply for the card and not upgrade, and get the 1%? |

You will need to upgrade (it automatically makes you when you sign up for the debit card). Technically you are not allowed to load Serve with this as a DEBIT card. You can load Serve with this as your Credit Card though.
