You could have my RAs for free.
Those cashiers are militant. If they deign to let you purchase, they each come up with a separate set of insane rules. I never can guess what I'll find at the register. I long for the pre-4/4 days. |
I need help/advise from MSers.
I try to buy a 1K MO at Walmart 2 days ago using PP debit card. During the process, the MO didn't get printed, and the transaction got voided. I quickly asked for the receipt and the receipt does show voided MO and fee. Went back home and check my PP balance and found the transaction went through and 1000.7 got charged. I waited few hours and check balance again still showing completed transaction. So, I print out online PP balance and went back to Wally and explained to the same CSR. After he spoke with manager, he called Moneygram to ask for the transaction but Moneygram didn't know what to do as they said they have no record and ask me to wait 24hrs to see if I get refunded. On 2nd day, I checked my PP balance still show the same! I quickly called PP and explain my situation an they opened a dispute case and tell me to wait at least 3 biz days. It's 3rd day now I did not get any email from PP and I check PP online solution center and see nothing there. I called PP and they do have the record but ask me to wait few biz days. I heard terrible stories when PP handle these situation, should I wait for PP or go after Walmart instead ? Anyone has similar exp? |
All things PAYPAL [Master Thread]
It might take a few days for the charge to drop.

Voided PP debit card transactions take a few days to be cleared up. I had a voided transaction at BWW that took 7 business days to be completely reversed... Hope yours clears up quickly!

Per PP account, but be careful. I loaded three accounts, and one got a "we need to verify some information" type message (wanted me to send in SS card, DL, utility bills, etc.).

I'd be careful. Specially using the same computer and loading the same time frames. Red Flags. |

If you make a credit card payment via Paypal, remove your credit card from the Paypal account, and then receive a refund from the seller, is the refund credited to your Paypal account, or does it still go to your credit card?
