I met the 4000 limit on Feb. Feb 1st first 500. When can I load another 500? March 4th?

Anyone know about "error 76" on PayPal Prepaid Debit card?

Last time I got this they told me there was a $3.5k per week limit. I've only done $1.5k in the past week and a $3.5k ACH debit.

They haven't blocked my access so I'm hoping I've not been shut down...

You need to go through all of your February Paypal deposits for the month and for each entry it is 30 days from that point. This is what is called a revolving 30 days. Say for example in Feb, you did 4 separate $1K transactions on Feb 1st, 6th, 12th and 17th. This means you can do 1K on Mar 3rd (30 days from Feb 1st), Mar 8th, Mar 14th and Mar 19th.

EDIT: I am aware the daily limit is $500. So you have to go through the dates of your 8 transactions you made in Feb that you used to load your $4K and add 30 days for each day and that is when you know which days you can load.

I have PayPal here but not actively using for MSing. However I am testing my regular business merchant acct to unload GCs. Step by step. Must be careful so to keep cost below profit.

There isn't a limit on that is there? This could be a plus but given the amount of the fees associated with the card it could be expensive.

Now it is 3/4/2014,already more than 30 days after my first load on Feb 1st. Still says I reach the limit and I should come back on 4/1/2014. I think the monthly limit should be 500 now but still in fact 0.Really confused.

I'm having a similar experience (except it didn't tell me when I should come back). Not sure what is going on.

Maybe its after 30 days? I would say wait until 3/4 or 3/5 and report back. Do you remember if it was past 9 PM PST on Feb 1st when you loaded Paypal because the next day starts at 12 AM EST (9 PM PST). If you loaded it at for example 9:30 PM PST on Feb 1st it should count as if you loaded it on Feb 2nd since the Paypal system restarted at whatever the EST time is.

I honestly don't know since I don't try to max out to $4K. I think its just one of the things since Feb only has 28 days in the month that you have to add a few more days on top to be sure.

it's calendar, but it is glitchy. it was doing the same thing a year ago. there was one month it never reset all month- for anyone. then, the following month, it was ok. then, 2 months later, not so much.... don't even waste your time calling ppal- pointless.

I got the date because I tried to apply the pin. Now I could load the money.

Vons app has a $3.96 off coupon for a PayPal Prepaid MasterCard, bringing the cost down to $0.99.
I assume this you can cash out this card on Paypal fairly easily? Does Paypal get angry if you do this too much?

zeppoloveskafka Mar 18, 2014 4:07 pm

Sorry if stupid question, but I have a paypal debit card now, and I'm ready to add paypal to my MS routine on a small level. But at my regular CVS, and another one I checked, I no longer see the white Paypal reload cards, and they've been missing for over a month. Has something changed, or are they just out? Is there another card to get to load to paypal instead/.

What are the daily/monthly limits of the paypal prepaid debit card?

jb0506 Mar 19, 2014 3:32 pm

According to the booklet, it's 2500 a day, 15,000 a month.
