Sure, just the regular Mastercard correct, loaded ~$7k, drained ~6k mix of MO and BP all at WM. I noticed mint.com wasn't able to update the account which triggered off the suspicion.

What kind of time frame?

actually looking at my history just 3 weeks, here is the full gory details courtesy of mint.com. i even threw in one real purchase :) in my fdic complaint i've asked for the fee back as well since they closed my account and prevented me from using it

and my mistake i had only loaded $5,495 not $7k

I am planning to load $1500 per 30 days and withdraw to my checking account, seems withdraw to checking is flag for shutdown, what you guys use for the money loaded into paypal?

Make purchases that accept Paypal on websites. Obviously if you make eBay purchases you use Paypal to pay for those purchases.
