Holy cow that is a crazy limit. Of course I can see Paypal shutting ppl down quickly if ppl pump and dump to BP rather quickly.

Sorry if stupid question, but I have a paypal debit card now, and I'm ready to add paypal to my MS routine on a small level. But at my regular CVS, and another one I checked, I no longer see the white Paypal reload cards, and they've been missing for over a month. Has something changed, or are they just out? Is there another card to get to load to paypal instead/.

They've been drying up for me too at multiple locations

Has anyone had a ton of trouble with requesting the refund for paypal mycash cards. I did a few earlier and the check came fine. Then I did 2 later and nothing. I've called and they say I need to talk with some other department that has no phone number and they haven't called me back. I've called many times and seems like I'm getting nowhere.

Why are you requesting a refund for your paypal mycash cards?

cause i bought a few of them last year when the stores I was at didn't have any VR. Is there a better way to cash em out?

So you are trying to request a check from Paypal for the value on the cards? Why don't you just withdraw it to your bank account? Not sure what you mean by asking for a refund though. The stores you bought the Paypal Cash Card from will not refund you on gift cards.

Did you even search this thread? Cashing these out is simple:

1. Load them into your PayPal account.

2. Send the money as a gift to another PayPal account.

3. Withdraw money from the second PayPal account.

Just make sure not to load and withdraw from the same PayPal account. You could alternatively use the PayPal debit card to get MOs if you are worried about being shut down.

I mean the process whereby they mail you a check for the value of your paypal card.

Looked at the website and nowhere does it say you can request a paper check for the value of the Paypal Cash Card.

I still don't get why you would do this of requesting a paper check for the value of the Paypal MyCash card unless you are closing your Paypal account. Since the money is already loaded into your Paypal account, why don't you just do one of the following:

1. @commdiver has suggested and send the money to a secondary paypal account that you control and withdraw the money from there.

2. Alternatively you can send the money to a trusted family member Paypal account and they can withdraw to their bank account and then can cut you a check for the money from their bank.

3. If you aren't able to do either, then just request money from Paypal back into your checking account.

Asked before and no response. Where are you guys getting the cards to load your paypal account? I had seen them at CVS previously, but haven't seen them in months at my closest 2. They are still white (a bit like vanilla reload)?

You can only do this if your PayPal account fails to load. Just do as I showed above.

Is it okay to do so with multiple accounts under the same name?

I tried adding money to three different accounts with PayPal My Cash. The first two worked fine, but the third was blocked from adding more money until I verified some information. They wanted copies of utility bills, SSN, etc., so I never bothered. I was able to load all of my cards onto two accounts, though. Just make sure to send the money to a third accounts that has NOT been used for My Cash in order to withdraw.

Withdrawing from an account that used My Cash = shutdown.
