I just got the same email about 10 minutes ago, so probably rolling out emails. I dont do very much ms with paypal, no MOs or serve/bb loads at wm at all. The email has nothing to do with people who MS on their account. They are required to send a notice of policy update to all accounts when they make such an update.

Loaded a paypal mycash card 10 mins ago. Didn't receive any email telling me I've increased my paypal balance. Balance was not updated either. Typically I gen an email right after my loading.
Strange... Anyone seen this before?

Worked fine for me a few days ago. Maybe they are updating something. I have had email slow down around this time of night too. I would wait until tomorrow before freaking out :D

I loaded a card yesterday evening at about 6:00 EDT without issue. This morning, tried to load another and got an error when logging in. Looks like a server issue on PP's end. Not sure if it's related.

I'm not getting my PPMC transaction receipts via email today. I'd guess there is something wrong on their end, as those emails normally come within seconds of swiping.

Checked again this morning and the PPMC loading was posted. Hopefully just some glitch in their end.

All things PAYPAL [Master Thread]

When i load a cash card, I always go to my pp account to verify the money went in the account. I have found the deposit did not go into my account a few times. I only write off the mycash card when I see the money in my account.

Talk about weird. Just logged in the mycash website, and got a message they can't verify my identity, and wants me to go to the resolution center.

Fearing a PP freeze, I visit the resolution center, and absolutely nothing is there. Back to the mycash website, and the message is not there anymore, and it looks fine for loading.

Anyone seen this before?

Yes. Just call them, and verify your identity. Shouldn't be a problem.

It's not actually asking me to verify my identity anymore though....

Any reports of recent shut downs? If so, at what level of spending?

I have a PayPal account (longstanding) and a PayPal Business Debit card (opened this year). I'm started making more use of my PP debit card. And now I'd like to get a PayPal Business Debit card for my wife as well. She does not currently have her own PayPal account.

3 questions:

1. Will it make a difference if I open a personal PayPal account for her or a business PayPal account?
2. After establishing a PayPal account in her name, how long should I wait until I put in an application for the PP Business Debit card?
3. Will it make any difference in getting the debit card approved if I fund her account with some cash first (from a PPMC card)?

Thanks.
