Hmm,

I opened a business account which got linked to my personal account, and requested a debit card for this account too.

I was able to load funds on this one though...so it's time to let it rip!

Received an email back on May 9th saying 'PayPal appeal denied‏'.... Contacted paypal right away and I was told to wait for 45 days. Now it's been 50 days, no money back..... Any suggestions? Thanks

All paypal cash, no other transactions....

Why would you do that? That is a huge no-no. No matter what prepaid card u use, withdrawing to ur checking account or withdrawing large amounts of cash at an ATM are huge red flags. You are probably one of the only few because ppl are wise enough not to do this from the very beginning. There are a ton of warnings against not doing stupid stuff like this with your Paypal account especially if you value your Paypal account.

All things PAYPAL [Master Thread]

I purchased 9 PP mycash cards at a RA on the 15th. When I tried to load them, I received a msg saying the cards were not activated at the store. I verified the card numbers on the receipt are the cards I actually have. Charge has not been reversed by RA. I'll call the RA tomorrow. Any1 have experience with this?

Not the first having a problem. Not by far. PP is notorious for screwing over account holders.

Never more than one per transaction. Seems like that's where the screw ups occur in my experience. If you really need more than one per visit do one at the pharmacy counter and one at the front registers.

So you didn't verify that the cards say activated on the RA receipt before you left the store?

It sounds like he did.

That doesn't make any sense though. Usually when I buy my cards, I call the number on the back of the prepaid card to verify that it was activated. PP Cash cards should be available for use immediately so a simple verification would have sufficed.

Can you use the paypal Business Debit MasterCard to buy money orders?

Not sure if this has been mentioned before but you can link the Business Debit Card to a Paypal Smart Coonect account which essentially makes the debit card function like a CC but with the ability to use it as both a CC and a debit card.

I'm a rookie at MS so I don't know the best way to utilize this for MS but one of the payees on Evolve is Paypal Buyer Credit which works to make payments to a Smart Connect Account.

I myself have not found a good place to buy paypal cash reloads with CC but I was thinking that perhaps using the reloads to make payments to the Smart Connect account may be a safer way to go about MS instead of withdrawing directly to checking.

My thought was you could buy money orders using the Biz Debit Card and then use the PP cash reloads purchased on a points earning card to make payments to the Smart Connect.

Also you could use Evolve as a way to liquidate atleast 2k a month of VGC to make payments to the smart connect as well.

Not sure if any of this make sense, just wanted to put it out there.

Please don't abuse Evolve. It's already become locked down enough.

I did verify the receipt shows that the cards were activated. Never had a problem with this in the past.

I usually buy two at a time with no problem.
