I can understand if PP freezes your PP account but is there something in the T&C that states they can make withdrawals from your bank account when they deem necessary?

In re above:

Paypal may be a despicable enterprise but they have never taken my money out of a linked bank account without me authorizing it.

They have done it to me.
I sold something on ebay.
Sent out the item.
Then a couple of days later the payment somehow gets reversed and paypal takes the money from my account.
I contact paypal and they claim they do not know what happen.
This has happened with several buyers which forced me to close my ebay store since these scammers were making me start to lose money.

Was the money taken out of your paypal account or your bank account? And if it was out of your bank account, was the transaction settled?

I've never heard of PayPal taking money from linked bank accounts, but I wouldn't be surprised if they have. Seems like it's right up their alley

I've heard of this and it's why I stopped doing lots of transaction on eBay/Paypal. Do a google search and you'll see dozens of horror stories about this...

I have a dedicated checking account linked to PP. Keep them on a short leash;)

That's why I link my BB account to Paypal. I never leave a lot of money in BB.

Answered my own question, it's not lifetime. Better than bluebird ^

Did I miss something? VRs and PP? Or you mean GD instead?

No, I meant what I said. Don't mean to be cryptic but can't be too careful, this variant is way better than bluebird.

Personally, I've found just doing regular legit business with PayPal can be a nightmare. I'm not sure what kind of mileage earning your guys are getting out of them, but they are AWFUL to deal with.

They are notorious for freezing funds that in your account, however. Many an eBay seller has conveyed to me the horror of using PayPal, and the hoops they put you through to access your own funds are legendary.

you have to be very careful with them and not be too trusting and show them that you obviously dont trust them. once you trust them and they know they will make you hurt. then you have to be downright ruthless with them, dont play any of their games!
