I was unable to purchase a money order at Wal-Mart today with this card. Has anyone else had this issue?

YES, was just unable to bill pay a few minutes ago with any of my multiple MVD cards today. Had no problem yesterday. All cards still marked as 'active' online, so not shut down.

The MVD website seems to be hideously slow and throwing errors right now, so hopefully it's just a technical glitch on MVD's side...but otherwise, it looks like they may have just shut down or restricted the WM angle...what was your purchase amount for?

Yeah same here. I tried the automated phone system and all I got was card not found. More system updates I guess...

Often times when you cant make a large debit purchase with your MVD you have gone over some internal limit for purchases. You'll have to let your card cool down for 24-48 hours. After which you can resume. Typically I dont do more than 4k per 72 hours on a single card.

What are the VR load limits on this card? Sorry for the newb question but am not sure if the limits recently changed. Sure someone will tell me its in the thread.
