That's how I got one of my accounts shut down:
- B2 sent $1000 to A2 using CC; - B3 sent $1000 to A3 using the very same CC; Same address for B2, A2, B3, A3. Different checking accounts for A2 and A3. A3 account was shut down. Other accounts are alive and well. |

I just set up additional new account with same ssn and passed verification with AP account and linked it to different bank account. but when I tried to send some money with CC and got "We're sorry but this transaction could not be completed because the recipient cannot receive this payment." can someone help? thx

But most probably your recipient account is no longer on the AP network. Don't wanna be a bearer of bad news. |
thx for the reply. Yes, I can log in both my new account and another account I'd like to send money to. also this is first time to test my new account to send money with only $20. just don't know why unable to send the money. anyone in the same boat?

Be prepared to send in some documentation. |
Have you already sent any money to the receiving account this month? Remember their is a receive limit of $1k as well as a send limit. If the receiving account isn't verified, I think the limit is just $500.

I have an additional account being asked for DL for verification (2nd account with same ssn). Is it safe to send them the documentation requested? I already used the same ssn for one account for a couple of years and has been good so far.
