user B buys ReloadIT from userA with AP & CC. Gets CC miles/points.
user B unloads the ReloadIT for cash.

benefits:
* both users get miles/points
* user B could have access to reloadits that he otherwise could not
* user A gets an easy way/fee free to unload the reloadit

does that make sense?

well yes, but user A can almost always unload reloadits very easily/free. There are tons of places you can use it.

Also, this prevents user A from sending to himself with another account

A few posts have been deleted as they discussed a commercial transaction solicitation which is against FT Rules as noted here:

The last 5 digits are different.

It depends on the cards you're using. make sure the numbers on the primary and AU cards are different because if they are the same, you may be flagging yourself.

I agree, but there are limits to unload the relaodITs (x K/month) for each method. so this potentially gives alternative methods.

user A would actually be happier without having to send himself money: he would only need 1 SSN to use AP :)
and if he has several SSN (relatives), he could use the above method to get free miles/$ for $1000/AP.

I personally thing it would help both user A and user B equally

Is this a scam or legitimate email? Anyone else have problems verifying their account and what did they do to lift the suspension?

Thanks

Anyone?

Sounds like a reasonable request if you are starting new with them. And if you are really unsure, then a simple call to Amazon will verify that it was them and not some scammer trying to get info.
Also, when you 1st signed up, did you make sure to put your SSN on the app?

Is 1-800-887-0540 the number?

If so, yes

Has anyone had experience linking your personal bank account to another's AP account?

I have read this and they got shutdown after verification. If you're linking a personal C/A, AP asks for the DL number and matches it with bank account info you're linking to withdraw your funds. But you can still try it and see if you succeed.

People have had success at getting shut down by doing so. Proceed at your own risk.

Folks - I have set up AP account for myself and spouse (A and B). This month I transferred 100 and 900 A to B, withdraw in B; then 400 and 600 B to A, withdraw in A. If I continue doing this, will it lead to a shutdown? The two accounts are linked to two different checking accounts and two different CCs.

If yes, then I will default down to just A to B payment of 1000 each month and forgo the reverse loop. Just wanted to check first.

there's no rhyme or reason for some shutdowns reported. just enjoy it while it lasts.
