I accidentally converted my AP account to business account. I can't receive or send payments now. Is it normal or am I shut down?

I agree

Don't bother asking for 'details' of what I was doing. They seem irrelevant. AP will continue to work for anyone... until it doesn't.

Same here. I had a 12 accounts at one point...but the most recent 2 I opened within the last couple of months, and they got shut down immediately/pretty quickly. AP is getting better at sniffing out bogus accounts at their inception.

What's more troubling is that 2 more of my accounts got shut down, and I've had them going in a 10 account loop for a couple of years. I use seperate bank accounts and IP addresses for each.

Bottom line: AP will continue to work for anyone... until it doesn't.

Will be interesting to see how long this lasts. I don't do loops or bogus accounts. I do wife > me $1K/mo (MS, call it rent/bills portion--which is half true), and me > father $500/mo (legitimate--school loans).

Sorry for this newb question, I sent $1k to someone and forgot to withdraw money from my account balance so it came from my account balance. If the person I sent money to refunds me, will I still be able to send another $1k this month without fees using my cc this time? Or am I done for this month? I tried doing a search and couldn't find the answer. I know the wiki says $1k a month with a CC, but I don't see anything about limits for sending money from your account balance. Or is it just strictly free $1k a month regardless of method. The AP page is no help. Thanks in advance.

You are done for the month in sending money. Always withdraw money from your account before sending money to someone else.

Thanks concordian! It's weird because I just tried to send another $1k with cc and it doesn't show any fees. Does anyone know why? Or will the fees be tacked on later? My limit also says I still have $1k left for the month. I'm going to test it out and see what happens.

You can view your various total and remaining limits by clicking "Edit My Account Settings" and then "View My Account Limits." According to that page, you may send unlimited funds that are not initiated with a credit card.

Did you receive this by email? I can't see where the user agreement says this except by omission.

I received this in Amazon Payment Annual Notice e-mail approximately 30 minutes ago.

I got one of these too. Weird thing is it was on the receiving account and not the one that sends.
