Capri Palace next week, Capri. Largely based on recommendations here, so thanks people (assuming it's not awful).

I loved Biko. As a group of foreigners we attracted the attention of the owner who dropped by and insisted on making us additional courses above the tasting menu until we insisted that we couldn't eat any more.

I had the early flight back a couple days later and whilst I was at the airport my friend stayed for the late flight and went to Pujol which he said was even better.

Right, but why did you post it to the Luxury forum instead of the Hilton forum? This forum, and this thread, is for hotels like FS, MO, Peninsula, Ritz Carlton, Aman, etc.

Sounds great. I visited Kidnappers a bunch of years ago. Truly incredible.

I hope you really enjoy it.

Greetings from the Salamander in Virginia. So far, they've really impressed me here. Reminds me of the RC-HMB...but for horse aficionados...and even a bit nicer than the Ritz.

Aren't you going to India bruin? I remember hijacking your thread for our upcoming trip over November.

Well, our next trip appears to be Maldives, Sri Lanka, and Egypt This comes after the old Fregate Island thing, the safari, London (Lanesborough), Paris (Prince de Galles) and India.
