Adopting new feline entity. Must remain home for next three or four months. Oh, the sacrifices!

We're staying at safari lodges and villas: Galapagos, Ecuadorian rain forest (viz. Sacha Lodge) for Easter and then South Africa, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, and Uganda over the summer. Except for a few Wilderness places, we're staying away from big-box companies to mix up our travel experiences. Probably renting some sort of villa with friends in the Caribbean too in the summer.

May stay at the Four Seasons or Saxon though for a night in Jbourg, but does anyone have advice? We'll be in the bush for 3 weeks before Jbourg OTW to Uganda, so somewhere where we can walk around a little and listen to live music would be nice for the evening. We may just use AirBnb if there is something nice.

I thought FS was very good ever since Sebastien Carre took over.

You should travel anyway .. While Jim is able to enjoy .
" Cattery " nearby ?
Where to after your ' hibernation ' ?

How / where was it over the holidays ?

When will you return to Laucala ?

Not going to LPQ today after all , would have loved to check out Azerai & catch up with Gary T . Pop by Taka to see any changes .
Still finalizing Phuket later this month & February . Puri or still just a meal at Trisara ??

Also looking at a long weekend at Amantaka at some point....my plans so far. However i'd love to do Botswana in Sept/Oct if theres still availability at the good lodges.

Looking at a Nha Trang weekend getaway in April/May. Will definitely be going - just deciding on property.

But of course will be visiting Amanoi and SS Ninh Van Bay at the very least.

Anyone done An Lam Villas and Fusion Nha Trang there?

Everywhere is pretty full because of CNY .

Yes, I read your review after making my reservation. Keeping fingers crossed. The location seems really good for a first time visit, and the Virtuoso perks are great. Otherwise i'd consider changing the reservation.

Both is correct. Give it a try I cross my fingers. A colleague stayed after my Desaster and said it was not as good as it was during his former stays but still a pleasant experience.

Switched the Peninsula Tokyo for the Mandarin Oriental. Also booked the Mandarin Oriental Singapore club level. Both are for upcoming March trip.
