Thanks! Normally always go to terminal, so sort of excited to at least see the first class lounge. Just happy I found IAH - FRA award space for two lol. Are the nap rooms hard to snag in the FCL?

Ok, so maybe this is an unusual set of circumstances...
I am traveling BOS-MUC with my girlfriend and her two children (under 18).
Right now, I have been able to book one F award seat on LH BOS-MUC which I assigned to my girlfriend. (I think a second seat may open up for me within the next two weeks, but let's assume for this purpose that doesn't happen.)
So, I presume I am categorized as her traveling companion and her children are her children, but to complicate matters, they have a different last name that their mother.
We currently have 3 separate record locators: one for her, one for me, and one for the 2 kids together. Currently, the three other of us are in business class on the same two flights (BOS-MUC and MUC-NAP), but I think that's neither here nor there.
But I think she is able to group us all in her First "benefits" including:
* First check-in in Boston
* First class lounge access in Boston
* Aircraft jetway pickup/transfer for all 4 people in Munich to terminal
* MUC first class lounge access
* MUC jetway private outbound shuttle for MUC-NAP business class flight.
Does anyone see any issues with this...should she actually bring pics of the kids' birth certificates? Their US Passports will show the same address. LH will also see that all three record locators are linked and stem from one original record locator for all four of us in business class.

F pax are allowed one guest, SEN & HON are allowed their life partner, children under 18 & one guest.
I’m sure they would take your word for it that they are your partners children.
I’m not sure about the children of an F pax in addition to a guest.

I am not worried about F check-in and I can't imagine they would send a car to pick her up and her kids and leave me, as a practical matter...so I think I am mostly concerned about F lounge access for all 4 of us in BOS and MUC.

I think the F PAX is allowed one guest plus underage companion children on the same itinerary? (We are all on the same flights/itinerary.)

At MUC you have the opportunity to pay for additional guests of F pax.

In Boston is there a separate first class area? I thought it was all one lounge for LH.
In terms of another seat opening up if your using Aeroplan something should open up within the week of the flight in fact I've seen stuff as late as the day before show up. MUC-BOS in particular but the same route.

There are a ton of comments here, so really hard to realistically search if my question has already been answered.
I am travelling AMS - FRA - GRU and am considering upgrading to F. I would have around two hours connection time in FRA from AMS. Would it be realistic to leave the Shengen area and go to FCT? Or is it just not enough time to make it worth it?
Best regards

Thanks...was able to clear a second F seat, so now it's a non issue, 2 of us in F and the 2 kids get in as either children or companions.

I'd stick with the FCL if I were you. It's almost as good, and you won't waste 20-30 minutes getting there. True, you won't get the limo ride to the plane but I think that's overrated (but def something to experience once!)

FCL A is very close to the A exit, from the exit it’s a 5 minute walk to FCT, OP will need immigration & the gate for the GRU flight can be a long walk from FCLA, from FCT OP would be driven to the aircraft & escorted onboard, immigration handled inside FCT instead of lining up with other pax.

that said, provided I get the upgrade, I would be fine with both. I couldn't care less for the limousine service. The F thing is kinda just to get it out of bucket list, tbh. I am quite content even with PE, unless I get a killer deal in J (which was cheaper than current Y prices in this case )
Of course, if I go F, I also want to make the best out of it

If I had the opportunity, I would stay longer in FRA to be able to fully enjoy the ground experience but, since atm it is not possible to extend the stay, I want to use every minute wisely.
Clearing immigration and hand-baggage checks are things that might make me waste a lot of time, also the walking to the gate. Therefore the walk to FCT might be worth it just for the cost of opportunity of going to FCL.
Thanks again, god tips from y'all =)
