Right now, I have been able to book one F award seat on LH BOS-MUC which I assigned to my girlfriend. (I think a second seat may open up for me within the next two weeks, but let's assume for this purpose that doesn't happen.)

So, I presume I am categorized as her traveling companion and her children are her children, but to complicate matters, they have a different last name that their mother.

We currently have 3 separate record locators: one for her, one for me, and one for the 2 kids together. Currently, the three other of us are in business class on the same two flights (BOS-MUC and MUC-NAP), but I think that's neither here nor there.

But I think she is able to group us all in her First "benefits" including:

* First check-in in Boston
* First class lounge access in Boston
* Aircraft jetway pickup/transfer for all 4 people in Munich to terminal
* MUC first class lounge access
* MUC jetway private outbound shuttle for MUC-NAP business class flight.

Does anyone see any issues with this...should she actually bring pics of the kids' birth certificates? Their US Passports will show the same address. LH will also see that all three record locators are linked and stem from one original record locator for all four of us in business class.
Yes, that’s unusual

F pax are allowed one guest, SEN & HON are allowed their life partner, children under 18 & one guest.

I’m sure they would take your word for it that they are your partners children.

I’m not sure about the children of an F pax in addition to a guest.
