I am travelling AMS - FRA - GRU and am considering upgrading to F. I would have around two hours connection time in FRA from AMS. Would it be realistic to leave the Shengen area and go to FCT? Or is it just not enough time to make it worth it?

IME yes if there are no significant delays on your inbound. Finding the FCT landside isn't as hard as I was expecting when I did this on Thursday for the first time.
