Hi,

Similar issue to the above.

I am traveling in F class via FRA on March 26 and arriving at 0900 non-Schengen B and departing at 1040 to non-Schengen Z.
1h40m layover.
Given the potential for customs clearance if I visit FCT or FCL A, is my best option:
1. the FCL area in the Senator Lounge B
2. FCL A, below Z - if access is possible
3. exit and walk to FCT and get the car service back to the Z gates.
Thank you.

3, 3, and then 3.

I have a similar question to Diddy.
We’re flying non-Schengen to non-Schengen mid-May, 2hr 05min layover, First Class departure from Z gates (likely).
Does anyone know if the FCL in the non-Schengen area is likely to be back open again by then, or is it worth chancing it through immigration and walking to the FCT instead?

If you can enter Germany… 3, 3 and 3.

How long did it take you to get through Germany immigration?

I would not count on the FCL/B being open by mid-May.

It’s usually just a couple of minutes to go through passport control, if you have a U.K. passport.
There is no date or plan for FCL B to reopen.

I don't know if UK citizens could pass through e-gates or use the EU lanes but non-EU lanes could have long lines up to 30-45 minute waits depending on the time you arrive. Luckily when I arrived at Wednesday, the wait was about 3-5 minutes at Z central -> A passport control.

No E gates or EU lines since Brexit but it’s still never taken me more than a couple of minutes so far. I take your point, it’s FRA & anything can happen…….

Thanks Chris 👍 We’re due to arrive in FRA around 8pm so hopefully no queues and straight out to the FCT

Since Brexit UK nationals cannot pass through the EasyPass automated passport control, if they haven't subcribed to the RTP. (Registered Traveller Program)

Last month I arrived on a Non-schengen flight at about 7.30pm and the queue for Non-schengen was endless long, as only a few gates were open.

Welcome, that should be the case, if you arrive at B & the lines are long you could take the train from B to Z & exit at Z.

Looks like the flight tends to end up at Z gates anyway 🤞

I have heard MUC T2S FCL will open 1 April and FCL A will open all day from the same date.
I’ll believe it when I see it but sources have been reliable so far..
