I am not worried about F check-in and I can't imagine they would send a car to pick her up and her kids and leave me, as a practical matter...so I think I am mostly concerned about F lounge access for all 4 of us in BOS and MUC.
You would be the guest, i just don’t know the rule for children of an F pax.

At MUC you have the opportunity to pay for additional guests of F pax.
