Thanks to everybody for providing info + pictures and especially to oliver!

I do like this new product a lot more than the current one. If I have the choice however to fly STR-FRA-SFO on LH in biz or on LX STR-ZRH-SFO in biz I will of course chose LX if pricing is similar. I might even pay 200/300 euros more on LX.

I have flown FRA-JFK on the new seat as it was tested some time ago. They seem to have changed the foldout table, I think it was a larger, very heavy one-piece. And hopefully the seat cushion - the seat was awfully hard after lying on it more than 2 hours. So hard that lying on your side the body ached - hope they have changed that, everybody complained about it. Also the seat was and probably still is very narrow at the shoulders. People walking by would sometimes bump into your shoulders when in the upright seat position.

So are they the same as the ones in the trial I was in the trial from FRA-JFK and received my great aluminum souvenir baggage tag All the photos look like they were the ones in the trial I found the seats particularly good and comfortable I'm 190 tall and found I couldn't watch the other passengers video nor look at him without craning my neck the window duo were a different story

A shame that a world class company like Lufthansa didn't make the "Audi" however that is the way it is.
VW own Audi, LH own LX. The metaphor works even better...

That's a handset for the new F and nothing to do with the new C.

Why are there no pictures of two people lying side by side? Were you not allowed to try it? I've only seen pictures of people lying next to a blanket or a pillow or both.

Looks very disappointing. I much prefer the current seat over this monstrosity that lacks privacy.
