Last time it was a 77W. Other *A options are NH with a 767 and UA when I did this route a few months ago. Seems like I dont want to make your choice any easier...

A shame to see none of the FRA based A346s have been refitted yet.

FRA-ICN F in July.. looking like the old product!

Why don't you try the MUC-ICN route instead? It seems like MUC-ICN will get newly configured F almost all the time from now on. Do you have departure time restriction?

F Award availability ex-MUC is bad even with a F8A8 loads.

I guess by moving many of the planes equipped with new F to MUC, LH is planning to make MUC as a premium hub.

I notice FRA-EWR has had the new F 3 of the last 4 days. It hardly ever gets the new F.

Agree. Award availability is terrible ex MUC. I booked some award flights middle of last year ex FRA before LH tightened availability and it was bad then.

That logic would make sense - especially considering how super-premium FRA is compared to MUC today. But I guess they'd have to upgrade the lounge

3 out of 4 is 75%. Not too bad. They might have switched the schedule a little bit and focus on other routes. Last summer I flew that route and therefor watched it closely. F was on that route almost every day and luckily also on the day I flew

Yes, I am on this route on Monday so quietly hoping I might be lucky...

Well, at least the for past few weeks, I was seeing F being available (to partners) almost 90% of the time, one week before departure on MUC-ICN-PUS route.

Rats - am flying MUC-YUL on Apr 9, but it looks like the swarm of 343s that flew that route in March have disappeared, and it's back to regularly scheduled 333 service.

The retrofitted & new A330s coming to MUC will be deployed on IAD/JFK/YUL in the first few months followed by RUH/DXB/TLV/BOM as more come in later this summer. Although I doubt you will see one on 09APR12.
