- keep the current perk (which extends it through the end of the following year)
- swap it for a different perk (which will be valid through the end of the following year).
Please note that Perks You Pick must be extended or replaced in order of their initial selection.

It is a part of the program. If for instance you selected 20 tile points, you can select 20 tile points again to use through 2024. I selected the 20 tiles one twice which generated 40 extra tiles which then put the total over 100 tiles which opened up another perk to choose 15,000 bonus points. It is a bit unclear though if you don't select the same one twice, I would assume the 20 tile points stay and the new one is selected--though the wording seems to indicate the first one is taken away.

EDIT: Never mind I was able to extend it using the "Pick a Perk" button.

Pretty Impressed I was able to reach a chat agent within 5 mins on the roll-out day. Found out tiles earned by jetblue spend are not counted until you complete travel (didnt see that anywhere).

Yes. Wouldn't make sense to count them before travel occurred. People could just book a bunch of refundable tickets, get status and then cancel the flights.

Well, if you didn't book Basic, and you're on a domestic flight, there is guaranteed space for your carry-on or you get a $25 credit. They've quietly added this policy. (and I bet that they will eventually quietly remove it too once they've paid out too much)

I suspect its higher probability that I have to walk to the back of the plane for overhead bin space (I am seated right behind EMS seats)

I flew right before and right after rollout. I also had an easy time using the Mosaic phone line. My return flight was boarded manually. My mom had trouble tracking my flight on the app but it worked fine for me.

Once I added the figures, it looks like it did credit me. It just doesn't look like the front-end website is showing it correctly. I confirmed via iMessage chat with B6. All good now.
