IC Singapore RA Planned Upgrade treatment. Of course when hotel is at high occupancy an extra level upgrade is still a possibility.
(Simplistically, RA's get a 2-cat upgrade ^ )

Booked RA Room -> Upgraded RA Room
o Deluxe Room -> Club Room + Lounge access
** Deluxe Room with b/f -> Ambassador Room (Corner Room) + Lounge Access
o Business Room -> Heritage Room + Lounge
o Club Room -> Premier Suite + Lounge
o Heritage Room -> Heritage Suite + Lounge
o Premier Suite -> Executive Suite + Lounge
o Heritage Suite -> Royal Suite + Lounge
o Executive Suite -> Ambassador Suite + Lounge
o Royal Suite -> Presidential Suite + Lounge
o Ambassador Suite -> Presidential Suite + Lounge

New Room Naming v OLD/Original Room Names in ascending Category/Rate order

o Deluxe - Deluxe
o Business - Business
o IC Club - IC Club (on "old" club floors, though lounge moved from 11th to 2nd Floor)
** Ambassador Room - Corner Room (Not bookable, used just for RA/Amb upgrades)
o Heritage Room - Shophouse Room
o Premier Suite - Junior Suite
o Heritage Suite - Shophouse Suite
o Executive Suite - Executive Suite
o New Category (2x Royal Suite Rooms) - Royal Suite (Currently incorrectly priced same as the Amb Suite, should be cheaper ! )
o Ambassador Suite - Ambassador Suite
o Presidential Suite - Presidential Suite
Any changes since March 2016?

If booked under A, instead of RA, is the below upgrade path correct?
(Simplistically, A's get a 1-cat upgrade )

I am looking to stay here next April

Does the hotel have family rooms, that can sleep to adults and 2 children?

There are rooms with two double beds, but the occupancy appears limited to 3 people

Thank you

Yes, exec suite and above get comped transfers. Mind you the taxi is only SGD17-25 at any time of day, so it's not a major thing IMO.

How did you manage to take photos of the lobby lounge with no one in there?! When I was there at the end of July it was constantly busy.

During busy times they will only offer what is in this menu.

When not busy special request can be accommodated.

Another IC serving Prosecco seems those that serve Champagne are few and far between, although to be fair its not a bad offering overall.

Unhappy IC Singapore - Bugis

Booked for the end of March Club level/Ambassador and I'm sure I read somewhere that there is a complimentary limousine transfer either to or from the airport but now I can't find the details. Does anyone know if this is actually a benefit or was I dreaming it?

I’ve stayed a few times on paid Club rooms with Spire Amb status. Never known a free limo. I’ve used their limo service a couple of times too and felt it’s been a bit hit and miss - I’ve had to feed it back.

There is a lengthy thread for IC Singapore already. Suggest a mod to merge the threads.

To the OP, not sure where you got that idea from. The only thing I seem to recall was that if one books an Ambassador Suite or similar, some of them seem to include a one way transfer. YMMV

If you book executive suite or higher you get two way airport transfer. If you get upgraded you won't get it. I used that before. It is very convenient. You get picked up at the gate.
