So my rumour source was correct. The new list is up today (25th July) in IHG community. A very good central America list (including IC Cali, Panama, Costa Rica and Guatemala). The rest is just as crap as usual. Although InterContinental Bucharest would be grabbed in a second. The list is available for booking on Monday 28th July and valid to 30th September 2014.

We're back with the latest PointBreaks® preview, and these hotels will be available for booking (and stays) from July 28- September 30th. For those new to the program, PointBreaks properties are Reward Nights for only 5,000 points per night.

Remember---today is just a preview of the properties on the list. Bookmark this page so you can return to these links on Monday the 28th to book the discounted rate.

From where you live, you have Indigo Toronto Airport, which should be nice.

Do all hotels typically become bookable at the same time?

At what time do the hotels typically become bookable?

Does anyone know if Gaylord Michigan would be a good base for exploring Northern Michigan or is it too far from things? We have one night booked at the HI Resort West Bay Beach Resort in TC and 2 nights at the Country Inn in TC but if this gaylord HIX is a good base we might as well save the 44,000 Club Carlson points and stay there.

It is a preview, so there may be hotels in WA and MA when the final list is revealed.

Usually between 9:00AM and 9:30AM next Monday. They do not become bookable at the same time. I recommend going through the list, picking you the few that you like, and keep reloading the page around that time next Monday.

The northern LP is surprisingly big once you start driving around up there. I'd call Gaylord okay for Charlevoix-Petoskey and a day trip to Mackinac Island but I'd stick with the TC area if you were thinking more Sleeping Bear Dunes.

edit- looking at the list, if anyone is thinking Niceville-Eglin Florida, it's largely a business hotel for the base and about a 35 minute drive to the nearest beach.

This list isn't like previous preview lists, it's very extensive, so it may be the entire list.

Yes this is the ENTIRE list for PREVIEW purpose, as you can only book from next Monday. Basically you are right and NJUPINTHEAIR is wrong.

The list is crap imo. Only a handful of European hotels and only 1 hotel in Germany.

Agreed, very disappointing for WA state. Nothing good in OR and BC either.

Oh well. Most disappointing Texas list so far. Maybe next time!
