Departure lounges
Iberia Premium Lounge Dalí
Located in T4 immediately after security at Level 2, if departing or connecting to Schengen, IB operated London bound flights (A330/A350 excluded) or domestic flights: it is a decent lounge with free food, drinks and showers. Open 06:00 to 23:00.

Iberia Premium Lounge Velázquez
Open daily 06:00 to 01:00

Located in T4S (Zone "S") at Level 1 at the edge of the duty free store. Open 24 hours, for departures to non-Schengen and long haul flights; self-serve food, drinks, wine bar (Rincón del vino), restaurant w/ limited hours, targeted to departing intercontinental overnight Iberia flyers.

Lunch buffet 14:00 – 16:30, Dinner 21:00 onwards, Bistro 21:00 - 00:30

When you exit the lounge and make your way to your departure gate, veer left through the duty free store. You can use Starbucks as a visual cue. If you veer right, you will end up in a cul-de-sac.

Arrivals lounge
Sala de Llegadas
Located in the main T4 arrivals hall at level -1. The lounge is equipped with showers and a breakfast room.

This is not a oneworld lounge. Access is provided free of charge to business class passengers who have arrived on an Iberia operated flight of more that 4 hours. Iberia Plus Platinum, Gold, and Singular members may also use the lounge provided they have also arrived on an Iberia operated flight of more than 4 hours. Paid entrance is also available

Lounge hopping
Terminal 4 and 4S are joined by a subterranean train; it is unlikely to lounge hop as the gatekeepers are rather strict about using the appropriate lounge.

Or you could just go directly to the source, oneworld.com, which BA has kept very up to date (in fact BA references OW website for latest lounge info directly from their own webpage).

https://www.oneworld.com/airport-lounges?location=LIN (short answer, still closed)

Does anyone know if there is printer access at Velazquez lounge? Iberia's website mentions a business centre, but I don't know if that means a printer or not. I would like to have a printed copy of my PCR test result; but not sure if there's anyplace in T4/T4S that would have printers.

TIA

Don’t think there is a publicly accessible printer but when I needed something printed a few months ago I went to lounge reception, emailed it to them and they printed it.

Overnight in Velásquez

Does anyone know if the Velásquez lounge is open overnight anymore? I did it pre covid, but the hours are now posted 6am to 1am. I land at Madrid next Monday evening and then fly out Tuesday morning. Haven't been through the lounge since covid. Are the sleep rooms still available?

Thank you

What's the latest regarding food and drink during Omicron in the lounge? Is it still self-serve food and drink?

I was in Velasquez on the morning 31st Dec and it was self service. Hot and cold buffet but lanes with one way in and out. Didn't go down to the other end where the bar is so don't know if that was self service.

I seem to recall that the wine bar only operates at certain hours, is that right? or do they put out the wine first thing in the morning with the liquor and beer?

Yes the wine area is closed in the morning although recently I've seen a few white wine small bottles in the regular soft drink fridges in the morning.

Later when it opens there's someone there to pour your glass of wine, cava etc from regular full-size bottles...although it's not so consistent, at one point there was no one there for around 15 mins so I poured my own glass. They did have a full selection of 6 wines and one cava

Ive never seen the mini wines in the fridge, thanks. On the Schengen, the mini wine bottles were the norm forever before they opened the full-scale wine bar. Glad to have both options, and I'll look out for them. Odd that liquor and beer is available at all hours, but wine and cava is not though.

The bottles at the end of the buffet were full size bottles to pour yourself but limited selection.

But, are they there early in the morning when the lounge opens? or later in the day?
