Once you book (whether paid or award), there will be NOR-1 options to upgrade to city view, suite, etc.

Conrad is nearby Shiodome station on Yurikamome line, and IC Tokyo Bay is also nearby Takeshiba station on Yurikamome line. 3mins.

Absolutely the easiest and fastest! I don;t know why so many shun the Yurikamome "nonorail" line, but it can be useful.

What about best/easiest way from HND airport; now that a few airlines are offering service into HND as opposed to NRT?

I would get the monorail to Hamamatsucho station, walk to nearby Daimon metro station and ride one stop to Shiodome.

This would be my choice as well.

If have more luggages to handle, the Limo bus may work better. Though the Limo Bus Handa service is limited. Right now it does not go to Conrad directly but nearby Park hotel which is few minutes walk.

Agreed. Friend was saying at the IC while I was at the Conrad. It was the easiest way between the properties.
