Everything above this point is updated.

Some polite reminders:

Please specify the exact hotel name, city, and state in US unless it's absolutely obvious and well-known (think NYC, LA, Chicago, Philadelphia). It is quite time-consuming to update the list without also having to Google the hotel to find out what state it's in. Please remember I'm Irish and have no idea where non-major US cities are.

Only W=A, Conrad, Hilton, and DoubleTree should be posted as the other brands all offer full breakfast (HGI to Gold and Diamond, others to all guests).

Please mention whether there is a lounge or not if possible.

Thank you

Hilton Zurich Airport has an intermediate+ breakfast in the lounge (eggs, potatoes, sausages, and the usual continental options).
Update: Hilton Zurich Airport

Offered the choice of Executive Lounge (intermediate+ breakfast as described above) OR main restaurant (full breakfast; actually a sumptuous buffet) at no extra cost.

Same options on three separate visits in last three months.

It's interesting what you wrote about Hilton Malta. But as I was there just 1 month ago (New Year's Eve stay) I can confirm that breakfast in lounge was actually served.

Yes, it seems like the lounge situation might be based on capacity. I have been there in "Winter" when the lounge was open (ie, around Christmas/New Years), but during my last "Winter" stay (second week in January) was told that breakfast was in the restaurant only.

Best option is probably just to ask at check-in.

A couple of updates to note for the master list in post 1.

Hilton Manchester Deansgate
- lounge usually has more than bacon and eggs. You can definitely add sausages to the list at least.

Hilton London Metropole
- I have always had a full breakfast in the restaurant as an option as well as the lounge.

Also, we can add on:

Doubletree Tower of London
- full restaurant breakfast including a la carte options. (no lounge)

Everything above is updated. I have split US and Canada into the second post for ease of editing.

Where several different reports have been posted of a particular hotel, I try to indicate that in the top post.

Can you please confirm whether that encompasses a full breakfast?

Points are given as well as breakfast since January 18, IIRC.

Hilton in Southlake, TX: Not sure about Golds, but Diamonds get breakfast in the lounge. Full breakfast and very well prepared and presented. Includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hot oatmeal, and some other hot item that varies (blini, french toast sticks, etc.)

Buffet only ($15 value). Did not ask about paying to get the full menu. I'll ask next month.
