I sure hope so. But heck even the OLD seats are probably worth that over AA

Just to update... the following planes are now modified; 370, 374, 381, 382, 385, 386, 388, 389, 395, 396 and 399. 382 entered service today from SEA-HNL after spending 12 full days at KPAE. Up next is 380.

Sweet, between that and the proper seat map I hope that means my June flight to/from SEA is 100% on the new seats.

Just crunching some quick numbers... Let's assume each plane takes 14 days to mod and assuming #24 is delivered at the end of the year in the new configuration. This leaves 12 more planes to go, including 380 that went in today. I would guess, at most, 5 more planes will go in for mod's before the summer schedule. That would make 16 in service by June and the remaining 7 to be done after summer.

Is the goal to retrofit all a330's with the new lie flat seats?

We flew SFO -- HNL on 4/6 and it was a two-generation old cabin on a Boeing 767 plane. The first class cabin was extremely rundown and cramped.
It was like this, but run down: https://www.google.com/search?q=hawa...2vnavjUdfF8JM:
Seats are narrow and no leg room. You'll spill a drink if you have to leave your seat. Even United Economy+ has more space than the first class cabin on this aircraft.
Don't tease me HA.. finish these A330 renovations! <3

N384HA has taken N379HA's place at KPAE for cabin conversion. A total of 13 A330-200s have been completed with one receiving the new cabin and nine left in the old configuration. I assume the one A330-200 slated for delivery late this year will have the new interior installed at TLS. Unsure when HAL will stop conversions for the summer but I have to assume N384HA will be one of the last A330-200s converted before then. Unknown when they'll restart but I assume the entire modification process will be complete by this time next year.

Flew SFO to OGG on 4/17 and returned home on 4/21. Both flights had the new first class configuration. We had upgraded to First for the flight home on 4/21. I forgot to check the plane numbers.
The new first class lie flat configuration was awesome. Normally we fly out of SJC but it was worth the drive to SFO.
From reading here, I am guessing the SJC will get the Airbus NEO so they will not have the lie flat seats. Sure makes the drive to SFO worth it.

By then they should be done with the conversions, so any flight with an A330 will get the lie flats.

Does PPT have the new Lie Flats? If not are there any plans to deploy?
