do I need to even carry my US covid card with me or can I just print this for my travels for now on?

(1)I have 3 Pfizer doses, my CDC card shows only 2. Would affirming 3 on the application form "muddy the waters"?:p
(2)For the last (required) fill-in box: "faire a" are they asking where I completed the form?

My own experience: I applied on 10/13/21 (2 am Paris time) for a trip scheduled 10/23 (arriving 10/24). I checked around the 20th, and it said "in process" and that applications were taking 26 days on average. But on 10/22, my pass came through. It's now on my phone, but I haven't used it yet.

1) Why didn't the place that gave you the 3rd dose fill out your CDC card? That's really strange. I wouldn't list it on the form then if it's not on the CDC card.
2) I had to look that one up myself too. I put in "City, State, USA on Day Month Year at Time" obviously replace those variables with your own details.

They didn't! I have (via CLEAR) a listing of my 3 vaccs. with a QR code.
On the CDC card there are 2 lines for vacc and two for "other", I could (personally) enter the info for my booster shot--all of the info on the CDC card is handwritten and UNSIGNED.

Someone really should make a wiki with that info...

Bring it with you just in case, but once in France you can just use the QR code generated by the French system.

I noticed that you cant create a NEW file anymore. that option doesn't exist...

I am referring to people creating a new file at 0700 Paris time etc etc... it appears you cant create a NEW file anymore ..... can anyone confirm that?
