It looks like they just opened it up to tourists. They talk about using the form for french nationals but I cannot find the form anywhere on the embassy websites or the diplomatie site.
Can you tell me where you found the form?
Thank you

Here you go: Formulaire Demande Passe sanitaire OK pour mise en ligne 30 juillet 2021 V4 (diplomatie.gouv.fr)

Oh yeah, weird. I was going to grab a screenshot and but figured the real tweet would be more official (thanks Richarddd for sharing). I guess they are not quite ready.

Here's a link to Google Translate of this article: Google Translate

The quoted text reads:

In the process, the Secretary of State for French Abroad, also in charge of tourism, announced on Monday that the procedure, initially reserved only for French citizens, would be extended to tourists from countries such as the United States who can enter France since June if they are vaccinated. Like the French living abroad, they will therefore be able to obtain their QR code by sending their proof of vaccination by email, as well as their passport, plane ticket and form to be filled out available on the diplomatie.gouv.fr site .
I hate to say that my first glance there did not find this form. As I already have my QR code, I will wish good luck to those looking for it.

[Edited to add: there is no spoiler here. I cannot get rid of that tag. Sorry.]

Pretty clear they deleted tweet for a reason -- likely the lack of the form being ready. I looked pretty hard for it while the tweet was up and none of the embassy or ministry sites had been updated with the release or the form. My guess is stay tuned and it will come out in hours (or day?). In meantime, feels like the process is clear enough.

Just FYI, this form is the French National form. Might still work I guess but as you can see it doesn't mention the plane ticket, requires French passport and proof of residence (which you don't need for new process)

There was a link on the French Foreign affairs web site, with a form and instructions, but it appears it has now been removed.

I sent both my wife's and my application an hour and half ago, within seconds of each other. I received an automatic acknowledgment of hers within minues. But never of mine. Mind you they were from the same e-mail address...

But anyway, seems like they now removed all references to the procedure... Not sure what gives. Did someone open it too early?

Interesting. Any chance you could post the form you used with all the personal data blanked of course?
