They are saying on swedish FB that PE to JFK is now available starting may 11. I guess they are loading fares as we speak.

Awards are also loaded plentifully in Y and PE. J awards looks like zero seats.

Yeah, seems like an strategy. A lot of PE awards, no J awards.
HEL-SIN only offers a very limited amount of J seats and all are on JAL via HND.

Yeah. I test-sat the PE seat last night for perhaps 10 minutes. It is comfortable enough as a seat, but if you want to sleep, not so. Last night's SIN-HEL had about 100 pax, and again, the Y pax were a lot more comfortable sleeping on 3 Y seats than sitting in one PE seat.

It makes no sense (to us) to release tons of Y and PE awards and zero out J on every flight.
The upgrade vouchers, once deemed the most important part of AY+, is now a joke.

First chat agent said my upgrade would cost 121.000 points and after I asked Him what???, this agent disappeared. Then comes next agent in and She is taking 3 European vouchers from me.
They are totally lost and have no training for this.
But now after 2 hrs I have a new ticket in F-class and it's First. Or Business. 2 European vouchers taken.
