Yes, but I think that DYKWIA means that the on board bar (‘lounge’, they call it) is not in operation (yet)

Looks like it's going to stay a 77W through the winter now.

How far in advance can the bassinet seat be assigned in First Class? The only other "Virtual Window" seat has already been taken, and although I can't reserve the seat thru managing my booking currently, I was hoping I can request it say, 48 hours in advance or whatever

You can reserve any seat you want by contacting EK. Just call them or do the online chat function.

What's happening with EK312? My flight in Feb 2021 is now gone and we are moved to NRT flight (with old F) instead.
Is there no more new F on HND route? Glad this is a flex booking...

With EK going all 77W to the US now, is there any chance of the new F flying into the US? If so, what route is most likely to get it?

JFK has been getting it daily, and looking at seat maps it looks like a consistent plan

Last I heard HND was cancelled in the latest round of winter schedule updates (along with DFW, SFO and a few others)

As noted above, it’s currently on DXB-JFK. I have yet to find it on any other US route.

Thanks.

Guess that seals it - I'll ski in Switzerland in February instead of Japan. Not interested in paying full F prices for the old F.

I have the opposite issue. While I do appreciate having the new F on JFK, it’s been a huge drop in F capacity to JFK. Going from 42 F seats a day (if the MXP-JFK is included) to only 6 has led to the prices nearly doubling for my usual route, along with it being difficult to find seats during busy periods.
It’s having me wish the A380 was back on JFK!

How long is this going to last? A friend of mine asked about A380’s as he’s never flown on one and now thinks he won’t get the chance to.
