my flight to KUL has been downgraded from a 388 to a 2 class 77w in July.

Anyone know why?

I thought I heard something about India increasing seats to the middle east. Might happen.

I think they will deploy the A380 to MAA. This flight is full. No seat available.

My guess would be BOM or DEL could do better with a 380. That's where they get quite a bit of their pax including the premium cabins. MAA could still do with upguages to 777s.

I agree completely. Besides, I dont think MAA is anywhere close to being A380 operational, however much Airport Authorities may claim. The airport director says that MAA is a category 4E whereas the 380 needs a category F airport to operate in to.

A380 on EK346/347 will resume on 1st February 2015
http://airlineroute.net/2014/03/27/ek-kul-apr14update2/

B77W (2-class) will replace the A380. Guess the B77W comes from the suspended Clark route.

Assuming lower loads on 346/7 then than the other flights?

If you want to take that opinion, then there is no limit on where passengers may originate/terminate (Perth, Adelaide, Canberra...and also on the North American side).

I think you know what I meant, though. Anyone travelling on QF107 must join the service in Sydney (you cannot join at LAX); anyone travelling on QF108 must remain on the service until Sydney (you cannot leave at LAX).

I believe what warakorn means is that you can fly MEL/BNE-LAX and then connect at LAX on to the QF flight to JFK.

I have heard (but cannot confirm and could be wrong) that you can fly SYD/MEL/BNE-LAX, stopover in LAX for >24h and then fly LAX-JFK at a later date.

What happened to the Conakry flights? CKY was supposed to be served in a triangle with DKR, but the current schedule once again calls for 4 weekly DKR terminator flights.

Has CKY quietly been dropped from the schedule?

The DXB-CKY-DKR-DXB EK795 flights still operate. Where did you see that the flights terminate in DKR?

You may want to check the schedules and see that EK795 and EK796 are operating until 09APR and that from next week onwards the flight numbers change to EK797 and EK798 for DXB DKR and DKR DXB respectively.
