Didn't they switched from A380 to 77W? I wasn't sure if EK is downgrading from A380 to 77W?
Welcome to FlyerTalk, Delta154. Hope you will enjoy for your stay. |
EK21/22 was launched back in May this year (A380 and B77W on the other flights remained unchanged).
It will be B77W in the morning, A380 in the afternoon and B77W in the evening out of MAN. Some like FRA: A332 in the morning, B77W in the afternoon, B77W in the evening. Morning flight should be switch to B77W (slot request 1st October 2012) and I think we'll see the A380 in the afternoon soon. Still no news about GLA (2nd daily flight), NCL as well as DUR (upgrade to B777)? |

Good to finally see the B77W back in ATH.
Agreed, N830MH, they're usually the first for announcements. Thanks for the info: Cheers, EK433B77W!^ ATH is getting 773, not 77W. DME stays with 77W. No A380 loaded in schedule nor inventory. |
The only reason I see DME going straight to A380 is higher premium loads. If you go from A340 to B777 you can only increase the Y capacity - F/J reduces/ remains same.

I've been told that EK will go up to 2 daily to Venice in 2012.
If anybody can confirm...... |

KUL goes A380 beginning 2012. And if MEL does get a 380, it will obviously be the MEL-DXB direct flight...

No, it looks like there is one A380 flight, and 2 B777 flights per day. EK21/22 was an A330.
